The International Association of Chaplains (IAC) is an organization with global implications designed to execute the “Great Commission” World-Wide.

As COO & CFO Drs. Jerry & Sherill Piscopo have provided First Responder Chaplains (FRC) with the highest level of legal, financial, governmental and organizational undergirding. They oversee the Chaplain Organization as a resource, securing legal status for chaplains, their ministries and credentialed Chaplains desiring to have their own legal ministry coverings.

With vast experience in Global Networking, Drs. Jerry and Sherill Piscopo hold University Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and Education, Masters and earned Doctorate Degrees in Bible and Pastoral Studies. They also possess Honorary Doctorate Degrees.

They possess a wealth of practical wisdom and a wide range of Biblical knowledge for spiritual warfare. As “Chaplains to Chaplains” The Chiefs are experts in planting individual public ministries, personal mentoring in areas of public ministry training and equipping members in many forms of secular interface in our society.

Drs. Piscopo are Chancellors of the “Chaplain Training Institute” under “Destiny School of Ministry” with thirty-two campuses worldwide. They are Presiding Bishops over almost 4,700 members worldwide with EACM, they travel as a ministry team speaking throughout the United States and overseas.

Dr. Vincent Cucchetti is CEO/Founder of the First Responder Chaplains (FRC) and Chief Chaplain of the organization. He is a Board Member of the International Association of Chaplains (IAC) and Dean of the Chaplain Training Institute.

Dr. Cucchetti received his Doctorate of Divinity from Destiny Christian University through EACM. He is a 21st Century Chaplain Network Advisory Board member, a Chaplain Action Team Member, an instructor for The Public Service Chaplain Academy, a member of the International Fellowship of Pastoral Counselors & Chaplains (IFPCC), and serves on the Board of the Michigan Crisis Response Association. He assists CISM teams nationally and internationally.

In addition to being an “Approved Trainer” for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF), he is an emergency call-out chaplain for the Wayne County Department of Homeland Security and a Critical Incident Stress Management Team Member for Macomb, Wayne, & Oakland (Board Member & Public Relations Office) counties in Michigan.

Lt. Colonel Wendy Taliaferro graduated from Detroit Business Institute in 1990. She is an author, playwright, poet, business owner, event planner, grant writer, web designer, small business consultant and pastor. She has served in the capacity of bookkeeper, and accountant for several businesses and has over twenty (20) years of experience in the business industry. She remains actively involved in suicide prevention, child care, youth ministry, educational tutoring, peer tutoring, peer support group specialist and is a HAM Radio operator.

Deputy Chief Taliaferro made a guest appearance on the syndicated Michigan based television program, Kelly and Company and the radio program, “Walking in Deliverance.” As a motivational speaker Reverend Taliaferro is often invited to speak for churches and women’s groups.

She has assisted in establishing numerous businesses and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in small business planning, development and operations. Chaplain Taliaferro owned and operated Hands of Love Day Care Center for five years, is Founder and Executive Director of Creative Designs & Solutions, and Granny Kaye’s Beauty Boutique. Her nonprofit organization, I AM My Sister’s Keeper specializes in inspiring disadvantaged women to recognize and reach their maximum potential.

Rev. Taliaferro is the former co-pastor of The House of Israel Divine Spiritual Temple where she served faithfully until the death of the prior pastor. She and her husband are pastors of Yahweh International Ministry of Love since its inception in November 2010.

Her prior experience includes 30 years of evangelistic outreach in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, volunteer services for the American Red Cross Blood Services Division, Professor of Emergency Services for the Destiny School of Ministry Chaplain Training Institute, SERVSAFE Instructor, HIV/AIDS Certified Awareness Instructor, a former Chaplain Corps member for the Detroit Police Department and St. John Hospital.

Deputy Chief Taliaferro is currently a FEMA certified instructor and teaches the following courses: ICS 300, ICS 400 and Standard Awareness. She is a Health and Safety instructor for the American Red Cross. Her current affiliations include CERT team member, Hazel Park Amateur Radio Club, HOPE Center Food Bank, Skywarn Storm Spotter, CISM certified (Individual, Group, Pastoral Crises Intervention and Grief Following Trauma), ASSIST Suicide Prevention and the Salvation Army’s Emergency Services Department.
